- Registration data: name, email address, mobile phone number, country, and career network of interest, submitted on our forms.
- Consent records: the text of the consent you gave, the date and time, the page URL, and technical metadata needed to evidence consent.
- Candidacy data: information exchanged with our talent advisors during a match, such as work history, compensation expectations, and interview scheduling details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security, analytics, and campaign attribution.

- To operate the candidate network and match you to live openings.
- To coordinate interviews, including reminders and reschedule notices.

If you opt in to the IPDN Careers SMS program, we use your mobile number solely to deliver the transactional messages described at opt-in: job match alerts, interview appointment reminders, application received confirmations, reschedule notices, application status updates, and offer-stage notifications. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records are retained for compliance purposes and are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for its own marketing use.
5. Sharing
We share candidacy information with prospective employers only after discussing the opportunity with you. We use service providers (such as cloud hosting and SMS delivery providers) under contractual confidentiality obligations, and only to operate the platform and deliver the messages you requested. We may disclose information where required by law.
6. Retention
Candidate records remain active until you ask us to close them. Consent records are retained for the period required to demonstrate regulatory compliance.
7. Your Choices
- Reply STOP to any SMS to end text messages at any time.
- Email xun.wu@ipdncareers.com to access, correct, or delete your candidate record.
- SMS consent is optional; declining it never affects your candidacy.
8. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of candidate data, including encrypted transport and access controls.
9. Children
The platform is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
